Chris Moore – Real Estate Expert

“The goal is just to help people out no matter what. It’s to do whatever I can and to provide value to my clients as well as the people I partner with.”

Chris Moore, a Marine veteran turned real estate expert, built Foreclosure Fighters FL to help homeowners navigate challenging real estate situations. Raised in Seattle, WA, Chris joined the Marines to fund his education through the GI Bill. His service taught him the importance of discipline, problem-solving, and working with people from all walks of life—skills that have been essential in his real estate career.

His passion for real estate started thanks to his REALTOR® neighbor, Roberto. “I didn’t know anything about real estate before meeting him. Seeing how he helped people opened my eyes to a whole new opportunity.”

Now, Chris dedicates his time to helping homeowners sell their properties with ease, honesty, and transparency—ensuring that everyone he works with feels valued and taken care of.

Andrew Nebesnyk – Project Manager

Andrew’s real estate journey started in 2007 at the design level, working for an engineering and design firm. His passion for real estate grew, and when the market crashed, he moved to Jacksonville, FL, and began investing and flipping homes. 

After experiencing poor service from real estate agents, Andrew decided to get licensed in 2015 to personally ensure that homeowners received the service they deserved. His experience led him to co-found We Buy Any House in FL, providing homeowners with a stress-free, fair, and fast way to sell their homes.

Andrew is a dedicated husband and father of three. His wife, Heidi, is a teacher in Clay County, and when he’s not working, he enjoys traveling and playing golf (when time allows).

Kady Andreoli – Client Relations Specialist

Kady Andreoli is the heart and soul of We Buy Any House in FL, bringing warmth, empathy, and a people-first approach to the team.

Kady puts God first in everything she does. She is a wife and mother of two, balancing faith, family, and business with dedication and grace.

Before stepping into real estate, Kady spent 18 years as a sonographer, providing compassionate care to expectant mothers during their pregnancies. Being there for families during one of the most emotional and significant moments in their lives shaped her ability to connect with people on a deep level. She brings that same care, patience, and understanding to homeowners who are navigating difficult decisions about their properties.
